My favorite romantic couples are those that are romantic, have to go away and grow up, then come back to find one another again. Of course, I can’t think of a specific example right now because it is early. I also like characters that come into their own and don’t settle for less in a story. I like when they get their happily-ever-after. This week’s favorite is the Royals. I, too, was up early watching. Like any story, it is going to be fun to be around to see how their lives play out and what is going to happen with the entire family.
Right now it is Bella, Edward and Jacob. Because as an adult, this took me right back to high school and made me feel like a teenager again, and reminded me of the angst, and helped me remember what it felt like as a teen. All the drama and longing, and yes, self absorbtion.
