Describe your book in 50 words or less:

Father Tim and Cynthia go to Whitecap Island and find...Mitford. That's one way of looking at it. In truth they find a gravel truck driver who's searching for a bride and a brilliant musician who's searching for his soul. Then, they find someone who Cynthia will love - and lose. It was a hard book to write, and I have a great personal affection for it.

What's your favorite thing about this book?
That it's set away from Mitford and required a whole new cast of characters.

What's your favorite book? Favorite movie?
Please don't make me answer this! If I were stranded on a desert island, "Babe" and the Bible. Hands-down.
