Review by Michael Pellecchia

Paul B. Farrell has been in the Internet financial information business a long time. Currently he's CEO and Editor in Chief of Wall-Street-News, an Internet broadcaster. His first book, Investor's Guide to the Net, was a potpourri of online services, World Wide Web offerings, newsgroups, software, and other resources presented for the education of personal investors. In this second book, Expert Investing on the Net, he came up with 25 nominees for navigational systems of choice include 15 established services, ranging from America Online to the PAWWS Financial Network. Farrell also showcased services from Fidelity, Vanguard, and others which target the mutual fund investor.

Just as his first book seeded his second, this book flows from the last. It has always been my understanding that mutual fund investors opt for convenience and to pay others to do their investment selections. These days, the marketplace looks a little different. As presented in this book, the Internet has created a pastime which I would have to describe as mutual fund entertainment. For readers so entertained, this is the book they should have.
