He calls this "a direction-setting book. . . . Don't let reading about growth replace doing something about it!" He's got a great take on corporate culture and articulates it directly with plenty of firsthand illustrations. If you liked Built To Last by Jim Collins and Jerry Porras, you might also like this book.
