Review by Michael Pellecchia

Creativity for Leaders by Gary Fellers. What blocks creativity? Not the things you might think, such as lack of talent or insufficient exposure to different stimuli. Sure, these are factors, but anyone can pump up their creative output by minimizing the true blockers, such as stress, workaholism, lack of true purpose, and thinking too much about the past or present. These are things you want to get out of the way whether you need more creativity or not. Gary Fellers writes in very general terms to create conditions that welcome creative thought. He covers a lot of therapeutic territory in just about 100 pages. You'll knock this book off in less than an afternoon (but don't rush) and be a better person for taking some of its advice.
