Boyds Mills Press has published two new books drawn from Dougal Dixon's Dinosaurs: Dinosaurs: A Closer Look and Dinosaurs: The Fossil Hunters. For ages 8-up, the first book discusses a variety of information about the animals themselves, while the second volume concentrates on the archaeological search. Dixon, an internationally known authority on dinosaurs from England, includes facts less frequently found in other books of dinosaur lore.
Dinosaurs may be long extinct, but much remains to please and perplex. Who knows, maybe your inspired dinosaur fiend will discover yet another missing piece of the puzzle.
