Describe your book in 50 words or less:
This book guides kids through their science fair project from start to finish. It provides more than 50 project ideas that kids can develop into award winning projects.

What has been the biggest influence on your writing?
Positive comments and experiment ideas from kids, teachers and librarians.

What was your favorite subject in school? Why?
Science!! I have always been curious about the wonders of the natural world around me.

Author Photo Who was your childhood hero?
Tarzan! King of the Jungle!! He lived in a tree house and could swim anytime he wanted to -- wow!

What books did you read as a child?
I have always loved to read selected books about Bible stories to Nancy Drew mysteries.

Do you write other types of books? If so, what kinds?
Yes, I write math books for kids.

If you could trade places with one extremely famous person for one day, who would it be and why?
Neil Armstrong on July 20, 1969. He inspired kids and adults to become more interested in space exploration. How exciting for him to be the first person to stand on the moon!!

What message would you like to send to all children?
Read! Read! Read! Discover for yourselves the scientific wonders staged by God for our enjoyment.
