Titles of your new books:
Twigboy

Once Upon MacDonald's Farm

Describe your books in 50 words or less:
Twigboy is my brand new book. It's about finding a friend, and having fun together in a really neat and mysterious world!

MacDonald is the first book that I wrote, and it is being re-issued in a new format. It's very funny!!

What has been the biggest influence on your writing and artwork?
My imagination, and lots of paper and pencils.

What was your favorite subject in school? Why?
I always liked the last class of the day, because then I could go home and read and draw!

Who was your childhood hero?
I had four. My Grandpa, my Mom and Dad, and Crazy Horse.

Author Photo What books did you read as a child?
I loved "Scuppers, the Sailor Dog," but mostly I liked looking at the paintings and drawings in the magazines.

Do you write and/or illustrate other types of books? If so, what kinds?
Just books with pictures. (Do you mean there are other kinds?)

If you could trade places with one extremely famous person for one day, who would it be and why?
I would trade places with me, but only if I promised to behave.

What message would you like to send to all children?
Pay attention to your Mom and Dad (and your teachers). They're a lot smarter than you think!
